The role of the Board of Directors is to represent the community interest in the Foundation and satisfy the fundamental responsibilities of non-profit boards, including the Duty of Care, Duty of Loyalty, and Duty of Obedience. We are fully committed to accountability and transparency, and subscribe to standards defined by Charity Navigator and the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance. Our oversight of the organization, activities and use of funds includes adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to efficient operations focused on assuring mission success.
